Kim is Managing Partner of Ryger, a Norwegian business law firm with offices in Bergen, Stavanger and Hardanger. He specialises in employment and contract law and dispute resolution, and has advised on transactions and due diligence across the region. Kim also sits on the board of Fyllingen IL, and chairs PlayIQ's board with a focus on governance, contracts and sustainable growth.

Christian is Managing Director of SK Brann and Brann Stadion. A former left-back with three spells at Brann and seasons at Dundee United and Burnley - where he became the first Premier League player from Bergen - he brings the perspective of running an elite club from the inside. He holds an MBA.
Paal spent seventeen years on Meltwater's global leadership team, responsible for the core product and international growth as the company scaled to around $500 million in revenue. Today he invests in and mentors early-stage software companies, sits on the board of the Terravera Foundation, and coaches youth football at IL Bjarg - one of the first clubs with a PlayIQ camera.

Founder and CEO of iTalent Football, Morten has spent more than 20 years building an extensive network across Italian and international football, with strong relationships to clubs, coaches and academies. Grandson of former AC Milan and Lazio player Per Bredesen, he combines deep roots in Italian football with a modern international network. At PlayIQ, Morten focuses on strategic introductions and access to decision-makers across elite football.
