Who we are
PlayIQ is a Norwegian company building football intelligence software for football clubs. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website (playiq.no). For questions about privacy, contact us at hello@playiq.no.
What we collect on this website
When you contact us through a form on this site, we receive the information you submit: your name, e-mail address and message. We use it for one purpose only - responding to you and following up the dialogue you started. It is delivered to our internal communication channels and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand how the website is used. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. All data is aggregated.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel. As with any web host, technical server logs (such as IP addresses) may be processed briefly for security and delivery purposes.
The PlayIQ Edge platform
Clubs using the PlayIQ Edge platform log in to a separate, access-controlled area. Data processed there - match video, player and performance data - is processed on behalf of the club under the customer agreement between PlayIQ and the club. The club remains the controller of its own data; PlayIQ acts as a processor. This policy covers the public website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing. To exercise any of these rights, e-mail hello@playiq.no and we will respond without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Retention
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the dialogue and any following relationship, and are deleted when no longer relevant.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website or our services evolve. The date above shows when it was last revised.
